Castle Mead and Pine Close 2024 Patient Survey Details

Please find details of Castle Mead Medical Centre and Pine Close Surgery 2024 patient survey results. We are pleased with these results which show consistently high percentages above the Leicestershire and National results. This is even more impressive given the reduced funding for General Practice and the increased patient list size. Improving our online website and app technology has been part of the ongoing strategy this year and we hope patients will find it easier to contact us this way. We are proud of and grateful to every member of our team for the part that they play in the patient journey.

Improving Patient Communication

In an attempt to develop how we communicate with our patients we have reviewed our current platforms and made a number of improvements to our commnuncation channels so as to ensure that important information gets to more of you than it did previoulsy. All information will be released on our different platforms at the same time.

Website:

We have decided to change our website so it is more user friendly and a huge part of our communication channels. As you can see its very different to our last one and hopefully patients can access all the information you need within one click. Your feedback is important and if you think something needs changing or is missing please let us know.

Facebook:

we have also set up a Facebook page for the surgery where we will regularly post updates and news items. Our Facebook address is Castle Mead Medical Centre and Pine Close Surgery. Please like our page and keep informed.

Newsletters:

We will be revamping our old newesletters so they will be available to read in the surgery and via the website.

Digital and Reception Noticeboards:

In our Hinckley reception area you might have noticed that we have a digital screen in the far corner. This is a fully interactive screen that has all kinds of adverts and info on including a link to our website. Please use it to find out more information. Unfortunatelly you want be able to confirm your appointment on their and you will still have to use the screen as you come into reception. In both reception areas at our Hinckley and Stoke Golding sites we have been tidying up and adding more noticeboards. These are a vital way for us to communicate with you. Please have a read through the posters and use the screen. They are there for you to use.
